with out a act/sat it hard to tell but you seem pretty solid. I can’t really say what the best schools you could get into are since you can never really know, but maybe an ivy
if you gave me a list it would be easier to tell you if you could or couldn’t get into a school

You have a high GPA, however your EC’s are need a bit of work, so if I were you I’d work on your EC’s, maybe start a club and become president, because it does not really seem that you have any leadership roles. As for colleges great in Pyschology, i would say shoot for UC Berkley, they have a great program for that, UCLA is pretty good as well, (ranked #4 on college crunch.org) Your PSAT scores seem very alright, but there is always room for improvement. Just try to aim for the highest possible scores you can for the SAT. If you improve your EC’s, receive a substantially high SAT score,(shoot for all sections to have at least 760 or 780 and above) you might have a chance at UPenn. Upenn as a great school and is ranked #8 on the list of top ten psychology colleges. Just try to do the best you can academically this year, and good luck! :)
