<p>ACT a bit on the low side, but shouldn’t prevent you from getting in. Great GPA and strong class rank. Decent AP’s. Can’t tell much about your EC’s other than number of hours, but assuming they are community based activities or similar charitable acts, these should be OK too. I think you are going to be accepted.</p>
