<p>wow, do you mind if i ask you what draws you into rutgers all the way from california? its like 90% in state & while its a good school, I never thought many OOS students (besides ny, penn, neighboring states) knew much about it. &wow again, ur uw gpa & w gpa have a huge difference. I wish my school weighted…
