Chance me?

So I've started to work on my application essays and I wanted to know what my chances may be, if I'm aiming for realistic schools. (Sorry this post is so long, I'm a bit of a CC newb)

I know my stats aren’t amazing, but I’m really hoping to study at a school with a strong/competitive programs in international relations.

Chance me for: American University, Georgetown, George Washington University, UMD – College Park, NYU, College of William and Mary, University of Michigan ?

Dream school would be Columbia but I honestly don’t think I have a chance.
Also applying to Rutgers, NB, where the advisors basically said that I was accepted and would have a very good chance at a great merit scholarship. Money isn’t a HUGE factor, but I am the oldest of four kids and I don’t want to drag myself and my parents into tremendous debt.

School Type: Public, Not as super-competitive as other schools in my area
Location: Central New Jersey
Race/Gender: White/Caucasian
Prospective Major: International Relations/Affairs or Political Science with an international concentration
Unweighted GPA: 3.97
Weighted GPA: 4.5
Class rank: 13/368

just fyi ur sat 1 is a 1420 and i know a lot of people who have gotten into to michigan and i’d say u have a good shot at getting in. i wouldn’t send them ur math sat2 test tho cuz its kinda low.

Eek, I missed that when I was retyping this, my first one was a 1340.
And thanks!

I know my math II was absolutely terrible, its like 35% and I know I can do better. I took three Sat IIs the morning after I went to senior prom… Two hours of sleep… you can tell that I took Lit first, then History and saved Math II for last… To be honest I left the last section blank and went to sleep. I’m retaking it in November so I can send those scores in :)
