Chance me?

Hey guys, i've posted a thread similar (almost the same haha) to this one for general colleges that i was looking to get into, but i was just wondering if i should give an Ivy League school a shot? So i decided on giving Harvard a try because i actually have a cousin that went there (not that it matters because i don't think it counts for legacy or anything) and loved it! So here are my things! What do you think? I know my chances are slim, but i just wanted to specifically ask this forum if i even have a shot at getting in, or would i just be wasting my time.

General:
I'm an Asian male that goes to a public school in northern Virginia

-My GPA: 4.37 weighted (don't know rank or unweighted yet) I've gotten all A's in high school so it should at least still be a 4.0 unweighted or close
Also, i've taken classes over the summer for 2 summers. Should i include that? I took Bio and Geometry around my freshmen year

-I'm very good with people and interviews so that won't be a big issue with me for the most part, same applies for recommendations

-I don't know if this will help or not, but i can speak 3 languages
I can speak English and Vietnamese fluently and Spanish semi-fluently

-ACT- I did really bad on the SAT's and i just recently took a real practice ACT and scored a 27 without studying, so i'm hoping to bring it up to around 33ish by October. (Is that the score i should be aiming for?)

-AP's (including senior year)- Biology, Chemistry, Literature, US History, World History, Psychology, Calculus AB
7 total

EC's and Accomplishments (including senior year)-

"Hidden EC's and accomplishments" (The things i do on my own time that i might put on the app? i saw this on one of the stickies in the other threads so give me your opinions!)

-P90x workouts ( i dedicate about 8-12 hours every week to do these so i do have to have some time for them and I'm proud of results) and went from about 170 lbs to 140lbs as of now (still going!)
-Job at Color Me Mine (Arts and Crafts store in which little kids come in to paint pottery)
-Self-teaching myself Korean (I'm in love with Kpop!)
-I've played the Piano and the Clarinet and had lessons for about 5 years
-Dancing Hip-Hop and doing dance covers of songs, mostly kpop ones
-Nominated into the PEER program (you have to be recommended by teachers and students in the program vote to let you in) and got in but had to deny invitation because of schedule conflict (Should i include this one or no?)

The majority of the ones that i do on my own time, i may just include in my essays.
Anyways, all feedback is welcome, and i know my test scores are low, what would be a good range to get them up to? I haven't taken any SAT II's yet, but i'm planning to if they're required. I'm guessing at least 700's or higher for those?

Thanks! :)
