Coming from a underrepresented state and being a URM compensates for your weak test scores and extracurriculars. If you can raise your ACT score, you should have a decent shot at Chicago, Notre Dame and Northwestern, where all the others are big reaches. If you can’t raise your ACT score, all of your schools will be very, very big reaches (minus Marquette).

Tufts - Low Reach
UChicago - Mid Reach
Duke - Mid Reach
Marquette - Low Match
Yale - High Reach
Brown - Mid Reach
Columbia - Mid Reach
Notre Dame - Match
Northwestern - High Match
