My essays will be solid and teacher recs. will also (hopefully) be fantastic!

WHAT ARE MY CHANCES?

Wow.
I meant Cornell is my #1 choice school, but Princeton/UPENN are at the top of the list also.

Should be competitive for all of those schools.

NewAccount, are you saying that my application is or isn’t competitive enough for all those schools?

You probably have about the same shot of getting in as most of the applicants. Your best bet is probably Cornell ED

Thanks to both of you!

Yeah, figures, Princeton has a low acceptance rate compared to ivies like Cornell!
I feel like I need to take my chances and still apply here though!

What is the unweighted GPA? The weighted GPA is not used by the Ivies. While your rank and AP stash are excellent, your ECs are below average for places like Princeton.

Unweighted GPA is like 3.92 or something along those lines.

OH sorry, I only put 6 things out of my EC on College confidential but I have much more than this on my EC activities and awards/honors. I just didn’t want to put all of it down on here.

Thank you so much for your input!

Sorry if I wasn’t clear, but I was saying that your application is competitive enough.

Not to be rude or anything, but if your dream college is Cornell, why post this in the Princeton forum?

That’s why. There’s no harm in getting opinions for other schools too

Thanks guys!

Yes, I am also seriously considering Princeton and UPENN, that’s why :)
