I am making a few assumptions here, all of which are in my extracurriculars.

I want to study Biology or go Premed or Neuroscience or something like that!!
General Information:
High School: One of the top 20 in the US. (It's a boarding school not in NY)
Sex: Female
Location: NY
Ethnicity: White

Stats:
GPA: approximately 90 (it's very good in context of the school I go to)
Rank: School does not rank.
SAT: 2180 (CR: 700, M: 720, W: 760 [12 Essay])
SAT II's: 800 Math IIC, 760 Bio M, 680 Lit
ACT: 35 (I'll send this in :))

Significant Extracurriculars:
Math Team: 4 years (Captain during Jr. Year)
Engineering Team: 3 years
School Newspaper: 4 years; Positions held: Staff writer, Business Manager, Publisher (basically 2nd in command)
Internship at a prestigious cancer research lab: Spent over 360 hours here during my sophomore year summer. I am spending another 300 hours here this summer.
Chorus: 3 years
Sports: I've done sports every season of every year in high school (mostly track/cross country)
Quiz Bowl: Team founder and captain (Junior and Senior years)

Significant Awards:
- Likely National Merit Semifinalist (PSAT: 224)
- School Fellowship ($3,500): This is one of the things that makes my application unique. The fellowship that I won is awarded to one student in my grade every year, and it's extremely competitive. My fellowship has a lot to do with my focus on cancer research, and I went to China to pursue it!
- I will be applying to the Siemens-Westinghouse competition.

Wow, you have a great ACT, decent grades, good ECs, and an awesome fellowship.

Here is my predictions:

UPenn- reach
Brown-reach
Duke- possible reach
Others- match

Your GPA of 90% converts to about a 3.67 on the UW 4.0 scale. However, this will be compensate for, because your school sounds like it's pretty prestigious. Your SAT Subjects are very good, because they're all above a 650, and their purpose is only to supplement the SAT I -- rarely they decide admissions. Your SAT I of 2180 is also pretty good, and you'll likely be a Semifinalist, but your ACT of 35 is fantastic! You better send that one in too with your SAT. Your ECs are good, and you demonstrate leadership in them. Your awards are interesting because taking a $3500 scholarship and using it to conduct research in China is very unique ... not many people do that. In addition to that, it adds a global flair to your app and I hope you learned something not only from the research you've done but also the experience of being outside the US. The Siemens competiton is highly prestigious, but along with prestige, is very competitive. If you do achieve semifinalist standing in this competition, your chances of admission at top schools will be boosted quite a bit, especially at HYSPM.

Overall, you're a pretty good student.

Chances:
MIT: Slight reach (w/ legacy) --> match (if semifinalist for Siemens)
UChicago: Your stats are in line with UChicago's range, but your essay is the deciding factor here. If you want to, you can PM me your essay and I'll eval it.
UPenn: Reach (GPA is quite touchy)
Duke: Slight reach
Brown: Reach
Cornell: Match
Rice: Match
Tufts: Safety match
Emory: Match
University of Michigan OOS: Slight reach

MIT - slight reach/high match

upenn: reach
duke lower reach
brown: reach

rice: match, you're in
tufts: high safety??
emory: match
U of Mich: dunno
