Chance meh for Cornell ED

Now, chance a rising senior for Cornell ED

I only know that I want to go in the science direction, preferably something bio related.
Academics:
GPA UW: 3.92
I'll refrain from posting my weighted GPA as it isn't quite as high as I would have liked. Our school has a 2 AP a year policy and even then only from junior year. We have no honors or pre-ap classes. Got special permission to take 3 during senior year.
Course rigor is probably as hard as it gets for our school.
Class Rank: School doesn't rank

APs Taken/Will take:
11th: AP Biology, AP Calculus BC, AP Physics B (self study)
12th: AP Statistics, AP Literature, AP Chemistry, AP Physics C (self-study), AP Psychology (Self-study)

Test Scores:
SAT: 2330 (CR 770, M 800, W 760)
SAT II: Math IIC 800, Bio M 800, Chem 800, Physics is pending
TOEFL iBT: 119

ECs. Oh boy here's where I feel bad.
Mu Alpha Theta 4 years, President <-- Various awards at the National level and Local level
Science Club 4 years, Secretary
Cross Country 3 years
Community service club 2 years
Newspaper Club 2 years
Hospital Intern 1 year
Literary Society 1 year
Orphanage Community service 3 years
Biochemistry intern at a University--> Summer

Info:
International. Asian. Male.
Stereotypical I know.
Financial aid is not needed.

Note: As an international my extracurricular opportunities are limited to say the best. Not an excuse at all, just a statement.

Thanks for chancing, appreciate it very much.
Also chance me for Duke ED. I can't decide whether I want to put Duke or Cornell for ED. Both schools would be absolutely lovely.

Your test scores are phenomenal. You definitely have a chance as far as numbers go. That being said, you’ll probably need a good essay to put you right over the edge.

I don’t know how much being international plays to one’s advantage/disadvantage, but I think that everything else makes you an extremely qualified candidate.

it definitely looks like (based on numbers), you have what it takes to get into an ivy like cornell. your ECs, however bad you think they are, will only help you. colleges do not expect that an international student has access to ECs like domestic students do. so it will only help you. lookin’ good, my friend. chance me too!

Hey, i’m international too and thinking about Cornell ED or Duke ED too! Where are you from?

Really liking your SAT scores, good job on those.

Is there any way to boost your ECs this year? :/

I think right now what you have to work on are your essays and teacher recs. Apparently at a school like Cornell (based on admissions committee members who come to my school to make presentations), about 85-95% of the applicants are deemed ‘academically viable’, ie. once they verify that you have what it takes to excel at Cornell (as your SAT scores have done), they turn their attention to other subjective indicators that flesh you out as an interesting, articulate person.

Which college within Cornell are you looking to apply to?
