I think your profile looks nice. GPA might be slightly low but not a deal breaker. Here’s what I think
UCI/UCLA: perhaps but they are looking to diversify and right now have about 40% students from Asian households.

USC: YES
All other UC’s: yes
Really don’t know the other colleges well enough to chance

Well I’m a big lover of the LAC’s. Any thought on Occidental? You might also want to consider Cal Poly SLO which has an excellent engineering program in a beautiful location. Sure I’d love a chance me. Below is info

USC and UCLA you should apply as well as GT. You’d have enough to get into at least one or two of those. They have the strongest connections on your list.
