What are my chances at NYU, Vanderbilt, Penn State, University of Washington, Boston University, American University, U Michigan, U Virginia and Case Western. I wanna do Business or International Affairs. I came from Cuba just years ago so I'll mention that in my essay. I also have 4 years of work experience. Since before freshman year.

I don’t understand the GPA inflation, so I won’t comment on that. Your SAT/ACT scores might need to be brought up slightly (above 2000/30 respectively) to be competitive, but you mentioned that. You’ve also demonstrated some leadership qualities, so that is a huge plus - emphasize that to its fullest extent. So, here goes:

NYU = High match
Vanderbilt = High match / Low reach (they like high test scores)
Penn State = Match
UW = Match
BU = High match
American = Match
UM = Match
UVA = High match
Case Western = High match

Also, chance me back pretty please!

^ There is not standard for weighed GPA. Some schools give 6.0 or even 7.0 max for college level courses. just use uwGPA for comparison.
You do have a lot of reach schools. Where is your home state?
UMich is a low reach for LSA (reach for CoE) as both your ACT and SAT are below 25%. Your GPA is a little bit hard to evaluate due to college courses. Otherwise, it appears low.

Just making a comment… College credits from ap tests will not be part of the decisions from schools

NYU: low reach
Vanderbilt: reach
Penn State: match
University of Washington: match
Boston University: high match
American University: high match
U Michigan: reach
U Virginia: reach
Case Western: high match
