UChicago: Reach (pay attention to your essays)
Notre Dame: Reach (depends on unweighted)

Georgetown: Reach
UCB: Reach (UC GPA about a half-point too low, if weighted according to UC rules)
UCLA: Reach
UCSD: Match
UCD: Low match
UCSB: Low match

UC GPA is 4.09 because it doesn’t count my low freshman grades.

Thanks for the response…

I only know enough about UChicago and UCB and your chances at both of them depend highly on what kind of essays you are able to turn in. If your essays are strong enough you might get in.
Your SAT Score however is very good. and so is your work experience. So, in the end, pay A LOT OF attention to essays, they’ll be the deciding factor.
All the best. :)
