Chance my friend for business undergraduate schools.

She's majoring in finance.

GPA unweighted: 3.6 (Awards in French I and AP Macro, C in US History in 10th grade I believe)
SAT I: 1550/2340, retaking in October. (I KNOW, RIGHT)
SAT II: Math 800 Literature 700 Physics 700 (she thinks so.)
APs Lang 5 Macro 5

ECs: Math Club (4 years), Literary Club (3 years), Internship at UPenn (1 summer), Marching Band (1 year)... that's all I remember her telling me.

Recs: Given her personality, I doubt they'll be more than the generic "she is a good student" stuff.
Essays: She's always been a good writer, and we've done NaNoWriMo together last year, so we'll see.

Now, the list. Ready?

Ivies except HP
MIT
CalTech
NYU Stern
Michigan Ross
Chicago
Northwestern (economics)
WashU
Berkeley
UCLA

Hmmm, her GPA could prove detrimental.

bump, 10char.

With the current GPA and SAT Scores and ECs… It’s going to be tough to get into those top notch business schools. Also, UCLA and Chicago doesnt have undergrad business schools. Definitely needs to raise the GPA to ATLEAST 3.8+ and SAT scores 2000+ to get into those. Business Schools look much more for leadership than what is listed above.

she REALLY REALLY needs to work on those GPAs, those SATs and getting to do leadership and some sport

she needs to write a book or do something amazing as well…
