Of the ones I’m familiar with, you will probably get into BU, Fordham, Stony Brook, Buffalo, and Penn State. If you want to be competitive for some of the more selective schools on your list (Ivies, Georgetown, etc.) you should raise your SAT.

Are there any schools you have in mind that are “matches” for me ?

you having +2000 and being a URM is god…valid shot at all…apply to harvard scea and u even have a shot dude

I think your list is well-rounded as it is; I don’t think you need to add any more matches! You could probably cut back on some of those schools; 15 is on the high end of number of schools to apply to. But I think you have a decent list!

Harvard scea?

@Collegebound97 - I think you would be an excellent candidate for Harvard SCEA. I would recommend you consider retaking the SAT in November (which will still count for Harvard SCEA) if you think you can do better. If you get 33 or higher on the ACT with writing, I wouldn’t bother retaking but SAT - submit the ACT instead of or in addition to your SAT score.

Bump

These are the ones I am familiar with.

Boston University - yes
Northeastern University - yes
Fordham University - yes
Johns Hopkins University -maybe (i’d say high match, low reach)
Cornell - reach
Columbia - reach
NYU - match
University at Buffalo - yes
Harvard - high reach
Brown - reach
