Chance my somewhat-lackluster stats?

Hi, I'd appreciate it if anyone would be willing to chance me.

Unweighted GPA: 3.854
Class Rank: Top 10%
SAT: Taken once, total 2250. M 760 CR 730 W 760
Plan on taking SAT II Math and either Chemistry or Physics in October
ACT: Taken twice, highest 33.
AP: This past year, took AP US Gov. and AP Lang., received a 4 in Gov. and a 5 in Lang.

I have been in an accelerated math program for the past two years, and took honors English classes in freshman and sophomore years. Have taken three years of German.

ECs (this is where I am lacking, along with APs):
- German Club (2 yrs., freshman and sophomore)
- Math Club (2 yrs., sophomore and junior, officer last year)
- Science Olympiad (2 yrs., sophomore and junior)
- Participated in the Oakland University Summer Mathematics Institute in 2008 and 2009. Took two college-level mathematics courses each summer, for credit.
- Received an Award of Excellence in junior year.
- National Merit Qualifier, unaware of Semifinalist or Finalist status but probable Semifinalist
- Participant, Michigan Math Prize Competition 2008 and 2007. Scored in the top 10% in the first round of the Michigan Math Prize Competition in 2008, advanced to the second round and did not move on.
- Participant, AMC 10 in 2007, AMC 12 in 2008.

Senior year AP schedule: AP Physics, AP Chem, AP Calc BC, AP US History

Intended Major: Mathematics

Schools (I feel that there is a discrepancy here between the caliber of my stats and the schools that I'm hoping to get into, suggestions are welcome):
-University of Michigan-Ann Arbor
-Michigan State (safety)
-Oakland University (absolute safety)
-UC-Berkley
-University of Chicago
-Harvey Mudd College

I would say you are a top contender for UChicago, Harvey Mudd, UC Berkely, and UMich.

Maybe try a middle tier ( Columbia, UPenn, Dartmouth) or a lower tier ivy.

Oh, and this isn’t really vital, but I forgot to mention that I was a member of my school’s 2009 Math Field Day team.

Thanks, NuclearPakistan! I’m glad that I apparently have better chances than I thought :)

-University of Michigan-Ann Arbor - match
-Michigan State (safety) - safety
-Oakland University (absolute safety) - safety
-UC-Berkeley - reach (OOS)
-University of Chicago - low reach
-Harvey Mudd College - low reach/high match
