330 volunteer hours ( 2 certificates from Gov of NY for his volunteer efforts)
he worked 244 hours as a ski instructor from Dec 18 2010 to end of March 2011 ( He worked everyday, including xmas, that he didn’t have school

He struggles in Latin, but he gets the only award every year for best effort.

Is this enough info?

Sure. You have provided his other interests as well as a detailed version of his academics. I think he has a good shot. Also, his volunteer hours will help.

Does he have any “irregular” grades such as C, D, or even E?

Latin, this year killed him. He wound up with a 78 because he got a 71 on the final. His teacher said , she’d write him a letter of reference because he is one of the hardest working students she has ever had. She talked him into taking Suny Latin.

Then that won’t be much of a problem.
