Thanks for any feedback.

I am a senior in high school and am waiting to hear back from Clemson as well. With those stats, your son should have heard back by now. Most of the people who heard back, I believe, had incredibly high SAT scores (such as what your son has). The GPA is very good and I do not think Construction is one of the more competitive majors, but I could be wrong. With those scores, scholarship money is also offered.
-Best of luck
Your son is in the 11%. Clemson usually sends out notifications for students who are in the top 10% first. He may hear before the Feb. 15th time frame due to his scores, etc… Good luck! My son is waiting as well!
Hi all,
I am waiting on conctruction too. Could you post when you hear? I am waiting for Clemson to make final decision…
I’m oos. I also got the clubs brochure (assuming all did?).
Letters were mailed yesterday and today.
Woo Hoo! Son got in, and into Construction Science!
Congratulations! Not me. I got a rejection letter that said they would consider a transfer application for fall 2018. I got in everywhere else so will choose from my acceptances. Good luck!!
@hms2017 , We talked to the Dept Chair during Fall Blitz. He told us it was easier to get in as a transfer, and if you go to another school, and would like to go to Clemson, call him. He would help you select the right courses at your school, and then you could transfer in as a sophomore. Good Luck to you!
Thank you for the info! I will keep in mind. The other schools have great programs too. I’ve been working for one of the big companies that pull from all the schools and they had said I can’t go wrong with whichever I go with. A little disappointed about but seeing other good students waitlisted or deferred…makes it easier. Good luck to your son!!
