UF is a high reach with your test scores. They usually accept people with much higher test scores than you have. Is the 2.91 your unweighted GPA and the 3.96 your weighted GPA? If so, your GPA might be able to give you a slight boost. FSU is usually a little bit easier to get into, but I think it is still a coin-toss with your test scores. Apply to both because you never know what will happen. But, maybe also apply to UCF, USF, UNF, or some other Florida colleges. Those are much more lenient with their admissions criteria. If you are bent on attending either UF or FSU, maybe consider the option of attending community college for a year or two and then transferring. Hope it all works out for you!

Is that weighted GPA out of 5 or 6? Try to calculate your UF GPA out of 5 (all academic classes, honors +.5, AP +1).

Scores look low at least for UF and probably FSU but try anyways.
