Chance of being accepted?

FEEL FREE TO JUST SKIM
Hello all! So I am really interested in going to a more advanced, high-end school after my high school career concludes. As of now, I am focusing on my "dream school"-- Stanford! So, if you have the time, I would like some advice on how to improve my high school career to the be the most appealing to the Stanford admissions board! So here is how it stands currently:

Projects:
Started a non profit organization
*I collected donations of used dance shoes and traveled to Belize, Central America to volunteer and local schools, helping teach in the classroom, collecting donated books and schools supplies, and then finally teaching dance classes to students around ages 3-12. I distributed shoes to the children and taught them dances, leaving them with the shoes. "Spreading my love of dance." This year, I am traveling to Costa Rica to continue spreading the art of dance throughout central America!

I know a lot of the application is not just grades and ECs. This is obviously not taking into account my essays, recommendations, SATs(I predict around a 2100 based off of PSAT scores), but I still would love feedback! So I guess these are my main questions:

1.How do my senior courses look and should I make changes?
2.How do my EC's look and how could they be changed of added on?
3.Am I good on volunteer hours?
4.Any good seniors project ideas that will make me stand out?
5.Finally, HOW DO MY CHANCES LOOK AT BEING ACCEPTED INTO STANFORD AND HOW COULD I BETTER THEM?

Thanks so much for any advice or feedback!

I would honestly drop the TA thing and take another AP class if possible. I had the option of being a TA for a class, then I went to a college visit, and they said they would much have an AP class or some type of rigorous class. That’s just one college though.

Take AP statistics if available. Take AP Calculus BC.
And 2100 won’t cut it for stanford. You need 2250 +.
ECs look fine honestly.

Schedule stuff: I agree with Cheesy, I think you should take another AP/honors. APES, Stats, and Leadership are relatively easy classes, so your schedule isn’t too tough right now.

SAT stuff: A 2100 is not a deal breaker, but your chances would improve greatly if you get a 2200+.

ECs: look pretty good. The only thing you can add that would help is anything relating to your prospective major, but I think your ECs are pretty good.

Volunteer hours: they look great.

Senior Project ideas: idk

Stanford chances: reach, like it is for the other 35,000 people who apply. But you have a chance. You can better your chances by getting a 2200+ on your SAT and by having a story or a hook.

Thanks so much! Do you have any ideas on other backup schools(obviously I need them) on the west coast?

If you’re in CA, UCSD and UCD would probably be matches, and, depending on your SAT, possibly safeties. If you’re not in CA, getting into the UCs will be harder, but still doable for someone with your stats. USC would also probably be a match, but it depends on your SAT.

I don’t know much about west coast schools that are not in CA, sorry (except for the University of Oregon, which you are way overqualified for lol…). You should probably go talk to your guidance counselor or college counselor for more suggestions.

Test scores a little below average, but you’d still be a competitive candidate at Stanford. Perhaps, UCSB as a safety, UCLA/USC/UCB as high matches
