Chance of being admitted to Howard University

I am a junior in high school, and I am looking at applying to Howard University. I am wondering what my chances of being admitted would be with my accomplishments.

Academics:
GPA (W): 3.84
GPA (UW): 3.72
SAT: 1330
Class Standing: Top 28% of Class
Currently enrolled in one AP Class, expected to take 3 AP Classes next year.
Currently enrolled in one Non-AP Honors Class, expected to take 2 Non-AP Honors Classes next year.
3 Years of Spanish

Outside/Extracurricular:
-Speech and Debate (Since Freshman Year)
-Environmental Club
-Model UN (1 year)
-News Section Editor for School Newspaper (Since the beginning of this month)
-Published in an online magazine
-Volunteering for an environmentalist non profit (30 hours)
-Volunteering at school by collecting recycling bins every week (0.5- 0.75 hours per week)
-Expected to begin mentoring a younger student soon.

With these accomplishments, what will be my likelihood of being admitted to Howard next year?

HU22 here. You'll get in. I was admitted and awarded the Capstone scholarship (~full tuition) with a 31 ACT (equal to a ~1430 SAT) and a 3.53 UW GPA. Howard's average is a 25 ACT and a 3.46 GPA. A 1330 SAT is about a 28 on the ACT, so you're above average for them. I doubt if they even care about your ECs for admission, since your scores are good, but they do award leadership merit scholarships. Try to get your SAT over 1400 for a better chance to get academic merit scholarships, if you need assistance funding Howard.

Maybe, I’ll see you there!

Good luck!
