Chance of ED acceptance to W&M? (PLEASE...)

<p>I'm getting anxious about my ED application after seeing everyone's stats on this site and hearing about my friends being accepted into their top choices already. Please chance!</p>

<p>DEMOGRAPHICS
-White female
-Out of state from Alaska
-i go to a boarding school in Washington (state)</p>

<p>GPA:
-4.5(W)
-3.61 (UW)</p>

<p>RANK:
-we don't rank</p>

<p>SAT:
-(1950: 670 math, 610 reading, 670 writing)</p>

<p>CLASSES:
-All IB in junior and senior years
-All honors classes as underclassman
-NOT an IB diploma candidate, but I will be testing in a few subjects.</p>

<p>CLASSES THIS YEAR:
-IB HL English, IB HL History, IB SL Math Studies, IB SL French IV, IB HL Biology, IB HL Film
-I am taking the maximum number of HL classes allowed.</p>

<p>EXTRACURRICULARS:
-School newspaper- 4 years, Features editor in junior year, Editor-in-Chief and News Editor in senior year. Our paper has won Gold/Silver medals by Columbia's School of Journalism for high school division every year
-Theatre-4 years, supporting roles in underclassmen years, leading roles as a junior, crew as a senior, won 2nd place at State festival for group performance, 6 letters earned
-Community Service Activity- Junior and Senior year, Junior year led projects for blind/deaf organizations, Vice-President and Chair of Membership and Habitat for Humanity coordinator in Senior Year
-After-school tutor-(work) in senior year
-Writing Center tutor- senior year
-Summer Camp Counselor-from summer-after-sophomore-year and all following summers
-Student Government- Freshman Class Vice-President, Senior Dormitory Representative
-Religious Council Member-Senior Backup-Crucifer for chapels and Episcopalian Representative
-National Honors Society- sophomore year on
-Volunteer at retirement home-junior year

<p>THANK YOU SO MUCH. PLEASE HELP! I AM VERY OPEN TO CRITICISM. I'm also applying to UVA (RD--I'm a legacy here), UNC-Chapel Hill (EA), Elon (EA), Wake Forest (RD), SMU (EA), Providence (EA), Pepperdine (RD), and UT-Austin (RD). but as William and Mary is my ED school, I want to get in there most of all!</p>

<p>hey, I don’t want to say yes you’ll get in, or no you won’t…but you have a great resume, you are taking challenging courses, and your GPA and SATs look great, so I think you definitely have a chance! The fact that you applied ED also helps, and I think W&M’s ED acceptance rates are higher compared to their regular decision pool. Whether it’s W&M, or any of those great schools you’ll be happy wherever you go. Good luck! And I hope you get in to your top choice!
