Chance of getting accept for the class of 2021

My wife went to this school during the late 80s. At the time, this was a fall-back school. You can get in with HS GPA of 2.5 - 2.75 average. My daughter will be Senior this Fall, and recently changed her mind and want to apply to MD College Park by Nov 1 deadline, instead of out-of-state schools. We are happy that if she get accepted, we don’t have to pay for that extra $$ for out-of-state and the school is closer to home.

We are pushing our daughter daily, to study hard for SAT and ACT test, to make sure she get a good chance of get accepted when she does apply. However, she seems not to worry too much and rarely study for the tests. We are a little worry, as we like this school better than other MD schools, and want her to go here. Below are her stats so far:

GPA: 4.0 (unweight), 4.6 (weighted), on Principle Honor Roll (straight As) quarterly and for final grades during last 3 years.
AP/GT classes taken: World History, Calculus, Chemistry, Biology, Psychology, Spanish, Environment, Physics, etc.
Activities: Club travel soccer, High School (JV/Varsity - Captain) soccer and basketball, DECA, National Honor Society, and few other clubs…
SAT: 1320, ACT: 29
Major: Undecided or Health related.

It would be nice if she get accepted into the school and perhaps get invited to Honor/Scholar program, but her test scores seem too low base on what I have read so far… Should we worry?

Thanks for your advice!
