Chance of getting accepted?

UM is my favorite school and i was just wondering what you chance you guys think i have... i applied early action, visited and had an interview

public school
3.2 gpa (unweighted, my school doesnt give weighted)
1170/1600 SAT
1840/1400 SAT
26 ACTs (some of my subscores are as high as 31)
all college prep class w/ honors spanish 4, honors chemistry, AP Gov.
3 clubs i stuck with for 3 years
assistant layout editor for a fine arts magazine my junior year
my junior year i was also the athletics manager of my yearbook, this year i am the editor in chief and art director of the yearbook (award winning yearbook)
50 hours of community service (not for graduation)

Mmmmm.....I haven't been here in awhile!

Anyway, I hope they see something special about you in your application from your ECs. I went to the UM open house where one of the admissions reps (specifically, the one who reads legacy applications) said that they see a student at UM having about a 1300 SAT and about a 3.8-4.0 weighted cumulative GPA. Your test scores would be low, but if your "pretend" weighted GPA is high enough, that can push you up.

i hope they like my ECs. my recommendations are really good too which hopefully will help. im so nervous!

anyone else?

i think u got a shot. it really all does depend on the applicant pool.

hopefully we'll see each other there.

hopefully! i just heard they are mailing letters on 1/22. good luck!
