Chance of getting admitted to UT Austin

Hello!
I was planning on applying to UT Austin by November 1st to meet the priority deadline, but my transcript will not be sent until that time so I have to submit my application by the regular deadline. Have my chances of getting accepted gone down?
I have a 93 weighted gpa (don’t know what that converts to on the 4.0 scale), took multiple ap classes throughout high school, come from an extremely competitive high school, rank: 396/856, held many officer/leadership positions, part of national honor society & national society of high school scholars, part of many clubs, and got a 1420/1600 on my SAT. I am hoping that my SAT score kind of makes up for my horrible rank. I aim to attend mccombs school of business as I took many business related classes in high school and will graduate with business administration and accounting as my endorsement.
Do I have a chance at getting accepted to UT? Any advice will be greatly appreciated, thanks!!

With a rank of top 47%, UT Austin is extremely unlikely. Most of the admission places are taken up by top 7% automatic admits. Only about 15% of the non-automatic-admit applicants are admitted, and that includes all out-of-state applicants as well as many Texas applicants who missed the top 7% but have ranks much better than top 47%.

Will my SAT score possibly give me a chance?

Highly unlikely. UT views class rank as one of the most important factors in determining admissions.
