<p>I think you need higher test scores. Did you try SAT?</p>
<p>Is that 3.27 GPA come with all AP and Honors classes? It is probably too late to retake standardized tests but your ACT is far too low for the main campus. Not really sure about admissions for the branch campuses but you probably stand a chance and could transfer to Storrs after a year or so. I do believe the branch campuses do not really have dorms so nevermind since you are oos. Also If you did manage to get in are you parents able to afford full cost which is about 40 grand?</p>
<p>That would be a high reach for you, but go ahead and apply and see how it works out. Being OOS with low sat/act hurts your chances significantly. Best of luck!</p>
