<p>I'm applying as a transfer student with a 3.2 GPA and close to 80 undergrad units. I'm taking a class through open-enrollment at CSUF and all of the classes in my major are upper-division.(Public Admin). With budget cuts and stuff, what are my chances of getting into this school?</p>
