I am a junior in high school and i took the sat but only got a 1050. My gpa has been very high since freshmen year right now it is a 4.0 my lowest has been a 3.5 would i still have a chance on getting in to UC Irvine i also have 300+ hours of volunteer and i am in the club csf which stands for California scholarship foundation.
Calculate your UC GPA and post capped weighted, fully weighted and Unweighted. UC’s only use 10-11th grades and UCI tends to be GPA focused. Your SAT score is well below the 25th percentile, but solid essays, intended major and EC’s could help your chances.

UCI had a 28.8% admit rate for 2018 so it will not be an easy admit. I suggest you study this summer and try to increase your SAT score into the 1300+ range.
Some UC statistical data to help gauge your chances and which schools to target based on your Capped weighted UC GPA and test scores. Intended major will impact your chances in some cases significantly.
