want to apply the following campuses:
UCB; UCLA; UCSD; UCI; UCD; UCSB; UCSC and USC ( all for CS or EE major)

Do I have a solid chance of getting into them? Your help is greatly appreciated

You are probably in at UCSC. You are on the very border for UCI/UCD, but I’ve personally seen people get into UCI CS/EE with lower stats. It really depends on who you’re competing against from your school. I would think you have a solid chance at either. UCSD is a reach (waitlist possible). Berkley, UCLA (waitlist possible), and USC are high reaches. I wouldn’t count on getting into Berkley or LA, but they do use the holistic approach so a good personal statement and some nice extracurriculars will help…I guess the fact that you took so many honors/AP classes might work in your favor as well. Since you are a junior, you still have a lot of time to raise your GPA or retake the SAT if you wish.

it’s ber-KE-ley. i don’t usually correct folks online, but… it’s berkeley.
