I would like to be a chemical engineer.
Would I be able to get into UCSB? I stuck to a middle ground when I projected my grades and gave myself room for two more B’s.

I also volunteer every week for 1 hour 15 mins, I am the president of a science club at school, I will play lacrosse all four years of highschool, and I am Brazillian.

Until you have finished your Junior year with grades and test scores, it is impossible to predict your chances. Much can change in another 1 1/2 years. Take a look at the decision thread for this year to get an idea of what you need to get accepted. Continue to do well in your classes, consider increasing your HS course rigor with AP Physics Senior year, do some test prep and aim for a 1350+ SAT score. Also continue to do the EC’s you love and repost next year.
