<p>I am currently a senior and i'm a little freaked about whether I'll get into the UT Nursing Program or not.
I have automatic admission into the school already- I am ranked 27 out of about 600 so i'm top 5%.
My test scores are not good, but I am about to retest in the next couple of weeks. My sat scores was an 1830 composite- 620 on math, 620 on writing, and 590 on reading. My ACT composite was a 25 - 22 on science, 24 on english, 27 on reading, and 28 on math.
I have alot of extracurriculars- I am student body vice president, key club vice president, medical professionals of america vice president which has conducted two district recognized blood drives, rho khappa national social studies honor society vice president, am a member of national honor society, english national honor society, and science national honor society. As a junior, I was junior class vice president, key club junior representative, and rho khappa treasurer.
I volunteer regularly every sunday as a teacher to the CCE program at my church and this summer, I volunteered at the hospital for 36 hours. I am also apart of a program where I get about 6 hours of shadowing/experience with a different professional in different aspects of the medical field every week. I am also planning on participating in Skills USA this year. </p>
<p>Can someone who's already in the nursing program or knows someone who's in it tell me my chances of getting in??</p>
