Okay. First of all, here are my "stats:"

High School GPA: 3.7
College GPA: 3.5
ACT Composite: 31
English: 34
Reading: 34
Math: 29
Science: 27
Writing: 8
Combined English/Writing: 31

My GPA is lower than I would like it to be, but here's the thing. I'm an early college student, so I started college during my junior year of high school (I'll be graduating with my AS in General Studies from Weber State University. Two years of college paid for!). I was still taking high school classes with college classes during that year, and that was just terrible, which is why my GPA went from a 3.9 to a 3.7.

I applied for the University of Utah on October 2nd (I applied for the honors program), and I checked the application status today online and it said, "Department action will be published on January 15, 2014." So the thing is, I know I got in for sure, because my boyfriend got in with a 24 ACT and 3.6 GPA. My question is... what are my chances of getting that President's/Honors at Entrance scholarship? It's a full tuition scholarship PLUS mandatory fees and a cash award. Here is the link:

It says it's based on academic merit. I think I have a pretty solid ACT score and GPA, and I applied wayyy before any of the deadlines. I've also already completed two years of college, and I only plan to go to the U for two years to get my bachelor's in psychology. And it seems to me that they've already made a decision. So what are my chances of getting that scholarship or any other good ones for that matter?? I'm also Hispanic and the first in my family to go to college, if that makes any difference. Help!
