Chance of me getting into UCLA or UC Berkeley?

My main concern is my sat score. 700 math, 620 cr, 600 writing. But to counter a low SAT score I have a 4.33 GPA (unweighted 4.0), and have taken AP Bio, AP World, AP Calc AB, AP U.S. History, and AP Computer Science A. I've gotten a's on all of those, and as for the AP exams I got all 5's but a 3 in world. Additionally this year I'm taking AP Calc BC, AP Lit, AP Physics C: Mech, and AP Physics C E&M. Also I go to a top ranked, competitive high school.
As for involvement I've done cross country and tennis, Mock Trial, I'm the president of a club, and I'm in a few other clubs. Some volunteer time.

I'm hoping to be either a chem or a biochem major at ucla or berkeley but it seems like my classmates all have significantly higher sats which worries me.

Also I'm taking the SAT this saturday so hopefully I can do better....
Thanks

You’ve definitely got a really good chance, I think that GPA and the difficulty of the classes you take matter a lot more than a stupid SAT score. Answer mine?
