Chance of transfering?

hello, i am a current ccc student looking to transfer for 2021-2022.

college –
major: business (AA in spr '21), wanting to major in accounting, although business or economics are okay as well
gpa: 3.77 (will go up after this fall)
units: 78 units (13 units from a CSU, rest all cc), will end spr '21 with ~85-90 semester units

clubs: only a member of circle k, otherwise, not many clubs at cc available
phi theta kappa + honors member
dean’s list + president’s list

ap: calc ab + lit

mostly worked full-time for the past three years so had little chance to do anything for myself. used to be an artist (asian parents) + community volunteer/moderator for variety of sites. also am deaf. unfortunately, i am not close to any professors to do letters of recs that some of these schools require so not sure if i should scrap them.

applying to:
usc
rit (probably their ntid since i am deaf)
nyu
columbia (expecting to be rejected easily but still going to try, also legacy)
csulb
csuf
sjsu

i attended a CSU for one semester before transferring back to cc for the next two years. i will not be applying to that school although it does have a good business program (for many personal reasons). i am not too worried about the csu, more of wondering about the other colleges that are reaches and whether i shouldn’t bother with them.

any advice is helpful as well!

I think you have a good chance getting into most if not all of the CSUs.
Re: USC I think you have a good enough chance for it to be worth the fee. Your GPA is above the average so assuming you have your pre-reqs for Marshall done I think you should apply.
Re: NYU NYU stern is really competitive for both freshman and transfer applicants. In addition, from what I understand most transfers into NYU stern are done internally from people already matriculated at NYU. There’s no student profile for NYU like the one USC has(to my knowledge) but from what I understand acceptance rate is around 2% and your GPA may be impact your chances significantly.

I don’t know much about admissions for Columbia but I wish you the best with your applications!
