chance perhaps?

I know its kind of a long shot, but I do love Kenyon

GPA: 3.3/3.1 (I transferred schools so I have two different GPA's)
SAT: 2120
math - 630
cr - 690
writing - 800
SAT II:
Lit - 670
math - 550

Tons of honors classes
AP English this year
I have had some issues with algebra over the years

White
from Massachusetts (kind of geographically diverse)

Both schools I went to were extremely rigorous. The one I'm at now is actually the second oldest in the country. Paul Revere's son went there and we have a bell cast by Paul Revere in our lobby. Doesn't really have anything to do with my application or this chance, but its a fun fact

I'm planning on majoring in either Anthropology or English. maybe Philosophy

extra curriculars:
4 years of softball - varsity all four years, MVP, captain
4 years of volleyball - three years on varsity (I talked to the volleyball coach at Kenyon a bit. not very much though)
violin
dance
tournament softball
school play one year (it was a state competition play, so it was pretty intense. we ended up winning)
photography
school newspaper

Community Service:
week-long mission trip to New Orleans sophomore year
I have more, I just can't think of any right now

awards:
National Latin Exam - Gold Magna Cum Laude

essay: great
Supplemental essays: great
recs: pretty good I think

I also plan on sending in this really good essay I wrote for English as an extra writing supplement

Your GPA seems kind of low, what is your class rank? If your school is really rigorous and you rank high in your class, that could make up for the low GPA. Otherwise, your stats look pretty good and you might have a good shot. I encourage you to visit campus and interview if you haven’t already. This will give the admissions officers a better idea of what you are really like (and give you a better idea of what Kenyon is really like).

Also, being from Massachusetts would not be considered geographically diverse at Kenyon in even the broadest sense
