<p>Until I noticed that you were OOS, I was going to say you’re in. However, only 18% of UNC students can come from out of state, due to state regulations. That makes the pool much more competitive. The OOS UNC student is likely more on par with Vanderbilt criteria than with UT criteria, if that makes sense to you. Certainly won’t hurt to apply- just make sure you do superior essays- those are one of the most important criteria. Good luck!</p>
