Hey, I was wondering if you guys could sort of help push me toward the right track for college. My main interest is Neuroscience and I really want to get into scientific research rather than medical. I'm an Asian female in a very competitive magnet school in VA.

Volunteer: Im part of this ensemble which performs at assisted living centers every month since 6th grade.

I'm looking more at places like UVA, UCLA, Reed, Emory, Williams, Amherst, and Columbia. I want to make my interest in neuroscience stand out more, but I'm not so sure how besides trying to get an internship, Brain bee, and taking related courses.

Yes, yes I know that "freshmen shouldn't be here worrying about college so early" but I know quite a few people who are doing much more than me and it makes me worried about whether I'm doing things right or not.
