GPA: UW: 4.2 (A+’s are 4.3) W: 4.5 (AP/Honors classes are 4.4, not 5, and A+’s in AP/Honors classes are 4.8)
Courses: As many Honors Classes as allowed, APs are not allowed before junior year; There are a total of 10 APs offered, 3 of which are foreign language, and thus, you can only take one, two of which are art/music related (I’m not talented in either area).

10, 11, 12—Volunteered with a program that taught refugees and immigrants English and helped them get settled into the US by helping them learn about the culture and customs, and also by teaching them basic life skills like how to manage a checkbook, how to use a computer
9, 10, 11, 12—Was heavily involved in my school’s service club and helped establish many new projects helping a few new charities (the UNHCR mission in Kenya helping Somali refugees, the hospital I am on the board for, Invisible Children). I was on the board for 10, 11, and I will be on the board for 12.
