Chance Please-- I'm getting scared reading these.

I'm a white male living in Pennsylvania. My top schools are Duke, Vanderbilt, Rice, and Penn. I would happily go to all of these, but they seem out of reach. My possible schools are Tulane, Bucknell, and George Washington. I would like to major in Biomedical Engineering, and if you know of any other colleges that you feel would be a good fit I would happily read your suggestions.

Thank you for reading this and helping me out.
I would also like your opinion on recieving a B here or there. Specifically in Spanish and English. I've shaped up in English, but my Spanish is atrocious.
Feel free to toss around colleges or different majors. Although I don't plan on being an engineer, i want to get an MBA and go immediately into business. The engineering field seems logically since i love science, math, and simply building things plus i feel it will give me a deeper understanding of the products my company would sell/develop.
