Chance please! NYU, UVA, W&M...

Could you guys tell me what my chances are for:
William and Mary, UVA, NYU, GW, VTech

I'm a Virginia resident

GPA: 3.978 weighted (I know it's bad.. screwed up freshman and sophomore year)
Does it help if your GPA shows a positive trend? I got a 3.5 freshman year, 3.9 sophomore year, and 4.22 junior year.
SAT: 2180 (single sitting) - 670 CR, 770 M, 740 W
SAT II: 740 US History, 730 Literature, 730 Chemistry, 700 Math II
Sophomore year: AP- World History
Note- Got suspended this year

Junior: AP- US History, Language, Chemistry

Senior: AP- Calc BC, Biology, Comparative Government (which seems to divide into two separate semester long AP's, Comparative Gov and then US Gov, two separate AP Exams), Environmental Science, Art History, Literature

AP Scores: 5- World History, US History 4- Language 3- Chemistry

Math Honor Society Officer
Vice President of Junior State of America
Science Honor Society
National Honor Society
40 hours of community service at Clock Tower Thrift Shop
Former tutor at Kumon Math and Reading Learning Center

I don't really have any awards distinctions I'm aware of other than AP Scholar with Honors

Thanks!

What’d you get suspended for?

and yeah colleges like upward trends in gpa

Damaging a bus seat, pretty small in my opinion, but I got slammed with 5 days of suspension for it.

I dont know how much of an impact that’ll have on your decision

but anyway, using stats provide by my school’s college office:
W&M - don’t know
UVA - (low) reach
NYU - reach
GW - match
VTech - match

NYU - mayyyybe

not sure about other ones
