l

I don't know much about cornell (hopefully you'll get in ED) but I'm guessing you'll def get into northeastern, WU, USC...i don't know enough about the others.

you are probably ok for northeastern and maryland, maybe not for cornell

who was the professor who interviewed you?

everything is good except your portfolio-- which could be stronger-
the submission date for Cornell has gone by so there is no use in talking about your portfolio now. However, I can tell you, if you still are applying to Cooper that the best way to do well on the Home Test is to do something amazingly thoughtful. The ideas which you present are just as important, if not more so, than the quality of the drawing/photo/ect. The writing portion is critical as well. ----You have a shot for Cornell, but it isn't as good as it could be.

I'm not into the whole rating other people thing, because I'm applying this year too. But I just wanted to point out that CMU requires SATII Physics or Chemistry. And I like the concept of the self-portrait frame series you did.

Do you go to Richard Montgomery HS in Rockville? I don't know if your GPA is high enough for Cornell or WashU. You will probably get into to Maryland and Northeastern. Not many kids got into Cornell last year from RM.
