With a 2.64 in 9th grade, 2.91 in 10th (both because of intense bullying), i took physics, chem, bio, maths, history, geography, English, amharic (im ethiopian), ethics, and gym both 9th and 10th grade(in the ethiopian curriculum, all classes except for english are harder than ANY AP course. AP Physics B is what we learnt in 10th grade). For 11th and 12th i will just drop history and geography and take on technical drawing. Now that i know i won't be bullied anymore, im pretty sure ill have a 4 in 11 and 12. I am in the MUN, founder and president of the robotics club and am establishing the first ever inter-scholastic robotics competition, president of the environmental club, working on my own personal research, will be volunteering as an assistant tennis coach for a sports day camp for the summer, play guitar, fluent in amharic and english and will be fluent in german and french by the time i apply, have been taking wushu for 2 years, and horse riding for 3. I will be on the track and feild team as well. I truly have passion for everything i do, to the extent of my parents starting to lose intrest. Do you think colleges will understand my situation?

It depends on the college. Large state schools with 40,000 applicants really just look at the numbers but small LAC type schools look more into your other factors.

You will get in somewhere so dont worry about not getting in. but just like ravi said look for a school that is more personal and focuses on EC’s as much as just the numbers. Get a stellar standardized test score and you’re golden

If you’re happy with Arizona State or LSU, go for it! Then you can put your act together there and transfer somewhere else.
