Other info:
I am a Florida Prepaid student (technically a resident who already has paid for tuition)
My father, aunt, and uncle all attended UF.

I think you have a good chance. My ACT was a point higher, but my SAT was slightly lower and I got in.

As long as you also have a decent GPA, i think you’re fine. Good luck!

It’s a 3.9. And thank you!

Both your GPA / ( SAT-ACT) are slightly below average as compared to the regular fall admitted for the 2012 term. I’d imagine that the average for the 2013 term may be slightly more competitive thus your chances are less than 50 %. Can you retake the SAT ?

Isn’t the avg sat 1810-2040?
That’s what ufl.edu has listed at least. And I might take it again in dec.

^^^^^
Do an SAT waitlist registration and take the SAT test this Saturday. If you wait until the beginning of December to re-take the SAT, the scores may or may not make it on time.
Also the spread listed of 1810 - 2040 is 230 points. It will benefit you greatly if your SAT score is closer to the high end as compared to the low end. You have only ONE chance to apply as a true freshman @ UF, give it it your best ! Good Luck

Veryyyy true! Thanks for the advice :)

Is the 3.9 weighted?

figure out your UF GPA for an accurate chance:

[Ask UF – How will UF compute my high school GPA?](http://www.questions.ufl.edu/admissions/freshman/15/)

No, 3.9 UW.
