GPA is low for UCI. The school is notorious for admitting ppl with high GPAs and pretty much “ignoring” the SAT scores. Thats why last year the average SAT was around 1800 while the GPA was around 4.03

Do you have an idea about how much they look at extracurriculars? I have a 4.165 weighted (3.83 unweighted) and a 2080 sat but I’m lacking in the extracurricular department

@josh2633 I would say that you have a 30% chance of acceptance, but more likely waitlisted.

@dawlphin Your GPA is low for Comp Sci, and with few ECs, I feel you will probably get waitlisted
