If you noticed, I wasn't very active EC-wise freshman year. That's because I had just moved from Guatemala, and the new culture, the new school, and the unfamiliar sytem threw me off. I had lived in Guatemala for 7 years. I speak three languages in all: English, Korean, Spanish, and I'm competent at French.

Essay:
Not entirely sure but will talk about my experiences in Guatemala

Oh yeah. I’m thinking of doing premed and majoring in Spanish

Excellent chances. Make sure you write great essays and get teachers who know you well to write glowing recs. good luck!

Thanks, I appreciate your reply!

Further thoughts anyone? Constructive criticisms are welcome too =)

I think you have a great chance overall! That said, a higher SAT score with a combined CR/M of 1500 would be extremely useful. Best of Luck!

If you rank well and write good essays, you have a really solid shot.

(Q=What did you think about the SAT II Spanish?)

Thanks for your reply HIGHreachNoob.

As for the SAT II Spanish, I found some tricky questions here and there, but overall it wasn’t that bad. If you have decent grammar, a decent vocab, and logical reading comprehension, it should be quite doable.

Harvard1009 - none of those :)

Sorry I won’t say :)

Does anyone think I could do something more over the summer to improve my resume?
