chance please?

<p>I'm sure everyone's tired of these threads, but I would really appreciate any opinions.</p>

3.71 Unweighted
Recieved highest honors (4.0 and above) every semester of high school except for second semester Junior year when I recieved Laureate (4.0 and above with Straight A's).</p>

<p>You should be a competitive applicant, your SAT and GPA is average, and your EC’s are pretty good. Make sure you do well on your essays.</p>

<p>I’d say you’re in between a match and low reach. Your GPA and SAT scores are average for NYU entering freshmens, but that means that you’re not “extraordinary” to NYU admissions.
Write a stellar essay, and short answers, and I wish you best of luck!</p>

<p>i’m more inclined to agree with AoDay. you’re very competitive and your ECs set you apart from most other students. write interesting essays and supplements and you definitely have a great chance.</p>

<p>thanks for the input! my college counselor tells me it’s a reach so i just wanted to get a few outside opinions</p>
