Chance Rising Junior for Top Schools!

As I rocket into next year, I would like some advice and what my chances are with what information I can currently present as well as advice on what sorts of goals I should set (and hopefully reach) to help me make it to the college(s) I would like to get into.

I am male and white, so take that into account I suppose.

GPA: 4.0 unweighted, 4.59 weighted. (All A+'s except for one A in one class one semester, but A-, A, and A+ all count for a 4.0 (or 5.0 if it is an honors/AP class).)
Courseload: Most rigorous possible. I even took an AP class as a sophomore, which is not traditionally offered at my school. I am also taking AP Economics independently and accelerated myself forward a year in German.
PSAT: Took it sophomore year, got a 220 (69 reading, 80 math, 71 writing) and I have prospects for at least a 230 or 235 this next year (as a junior).
SAT: Prospectively, at least a 230 or 235.
SAT II: Math II was 780 (might retake if I happen to be taking other SAT II tests), and I haven't taken others yet, but hopefully I can get at least a 780 on each of the others.
AP: AP U.S. Government (most likely a 5), and I am hoping for 5's on all future tests I take.
Rank: My school doesn't rank.

I apologize for the long list, but that's the overall picture. Going forward, I would like to participate in the science fair and perhaps the Siemens competition as I have some connections and have an idea for a research project involving energy production. Additionally, I will be on the lookout for summer programs and other rigorous and/or selective activities to participate in.

Colleges I am looking at are:
Harvard
Princeton
Yale
(Other Ivies)
Stanford
University of Virginia
University of Chicago
Notre Dame
Georgetown
George Washington
Claremont McKenna
(And some others, as well as safety schools)

Based on my prospects and current record, can anyone give me an indication of where I have a chance now and what sort of goals I should reach for going forward in order to make it to a top educational institution? Thanks!
