Wow, crazyy good stats (:
University of Maryland, Johns Hopkins, Carnegie Melon - in
Upenn, Columbia(college) - match
Harvard, Princeton, Stanford, Columbia(FU) - low reach

Note: I’m not trying to be rude. I’m sure you’ve got a great chance anywhere; I’m just giving my opinion based on SOLELY the stats (without an essay).

To be brutally honest, I don’t think it’s possible to have a stronger academic background. However, nothing ‘sticks out’. I’m not from the US, so correct me if I’m wrong, but I think that being part of a National Honor Society means very little, swimming is ‘just a sport’ (unless you are passionate about swimming, in which case I apologize), French club suggests (to me) that you speak french well, but doesn’t necessarily show ‘involvment’. I’m not even sure what Academic Team, Fresh/Soph class clubs are, so I can’t speak there.

NCI internship is definitely interesting, but probably far from unique. Volunteer stuff might not really count for much if you can’t convince the adcom in some essay that you really care. I think you pretty much have the foundation to get into every university on the list, but it will probably come down to your personality and passion in your essays. If you can show them that you have that fire burning in you, then I’d say you’re in for all of them. If not, I’d guess you’d be in for everything except HPS.

@ miss_murder:
yeah, those stats are real
this may not be the right place to ask this(you can tell I’m new), what do you mean by a hook? like something interesting? sorry if this is more in the category of asking for advice and doesn’t belong here.

@estrat1
no no, you don’t come off as rude at all
actually, I quite like your post because it doesn’t just tell me what I might be able to do, it’s like a bit of advice that tells me how I can do it. thanks a lot! I will keep that in mind when writing essays

oh, okay. thank you very much!
oh btw…the homeless shelter thing…that’s kinda like an example on the extreme side right? I mean, there are greater achievements than that, but a homeless shelter that feeds hundreds of people daily seems a bit huge
(just wondering if every candidate with a hook has something of that caliber, cause I don’t think i can match that)

hmmm, your stats are very similar to a person that I work with. I’m sure that you’re nothing like this, but PLEASE dont sound cocky during your interviews because that will ruin your chances of getting in to that school. Again, I’m sure that you’re probably not like that at all but you know…Like I said before, you’re a shoe-in for most of your colleges:)

Haha, you couldn’t even get a 36 ACT? But seriously, everyone will realize your a genius, but do something interesting, that’s what separates humans from robots.

actually yeah, you need to apply your knowledge to the world, otherwise, your “infinite knowledge” is useless. There’s more to life than just tests.
