<p>My county's grading policy seems tougher than other counties in the area, so my grades really haven't been that great (a couple C's in there....)</p>

<p>****What are my chances for the listed colleges, and even others like them? Anyone have some other suggestions for colleges with the same sort of "atmosphere"?</p>

<p>Reed is likely a reach: Your rank is okay (depends on school profile), GPA is low (and WGPA/GPA ratio is low), SAT is low, ACT is a match, ECs are weak (a few participations). IB is good, essays and interview are important. If your classes are the most rigorous offered, that's a plus. But fewer than 50% A grades is not good. Reed's average admitted WGPA is over 4.0.</p>

<p>Other PNW possibilities: Lewis & Clark, Willamette, Puget Sound</p>
