Chance someone sweating the applications process?

Hey guys! Thanks for reading, i've been hanging around cc for a while but i haven't really spent much time on it....until now. Sorry in advance if this is a lot to read, it's really my first time with this kinda thing.

I'm an asian (owned XD) male from a low income family attending an average public school near San Francisco, California.

Test Scores:
ACT Composites: 33, 33
Superscore: 34...
English: 31 (Essay 9 Combined 30), 34 (Essay 11, Combined 34)
Math: 30, 31
Reading: 34, 33
Science: 36, 32

I took it again yesterday but I didn't study again because I was sick and I'm not expecting it to be any better than my past two. Should I take a 4th one or would it hurt my chances?

SATIIs - Biology: 730 (retook after 680 in freshman year)
Math II: 770 (should I retake it?)
US History: 790
I hate that i retook so many tests XD.

EC: (The WEAK link!)
-President/Founder of The American Cancer Society Club 3 years. I've done a terrible job with this club though and it's almost defunct 'cause I haven't been able to get in contact with the ACS rep in my area.
-Varsity Golf since Sophomore Year.
-VP of Quiz Bowl
-VP of Model UN
-Volunteer at the library since junior year for 3 hours a week.
-Hospital volunteer since....this year for 3 hours a week.
-Paid/Free tutor since this year as well for 2-5 hours a week.

Awards: (The OTHER weak link!)
-National Merit Commended
-AP Scholar w/ Distinction (I never got a letter saying this, though.)

Summer Activities: Volunteer at some negligible places, and classes at the local CC every year.

Other stuff:
-My letters of rec should be okay to good across the board. I'm not expecting anything amazing though hehe.
-Essays: should be fairly good. I've outlined them in my head but haven't written them out - no doubt they'll be worse on paper :P.
-I took all the honors/ap classes offered at my school so course rigor is the best that i could make it.

Looking at:
UPenn
Cornell
Dartmouth
UChic
Most of the UC's
CalPoly
Stanford maybe
NYU
Columbia
I'll probably apply undecided for the cas types schools.

Thanks for reading! Post a link and i'll chance back as best as i can. :D

Any takers please…

Your credentials are great and they can def. overshadow your other weak links!

You have a great chance in all of those schools besides Columbia, since Columbia is more of a lot of Extra circular activity stuff than the outstanding scores.

But you really have nothing to worry about!
