Chance someone with a sub 4.0 GPA and sub 2000 SAT scores

<p>I'm a California resident.
-GPA: 3.5; 3.57 (UC's)
-I've taken 4 AP classes: European History, US History, Psychology and Environmental Science. I am an AP scholar.
-I go to one of the top schools in the country (26th to be exact)
-My SAT is a 1950, 1320 composite. I plan to take it again and probably get around a 2050, 1400 composite.
-My extracurriculars and community service:
Sailing Team - Team Captain (4 years)
Tae Kwan Doe- Recommended Black Belt and Junior Instructor Trainee (3 years)
YMCA Volunteer (2 years)
Congressional Youth Leadership Conference Member (4 years)
Ultimate Frisbee- Club President (4 years)</p>

<p>Here are the schools and my guesses on them:
Wake Forest- reach
Clemson- high match
University of Washington- low reach
University of Texas- low reach
University of Georgia- match
University of South Carolina- match
UC Santa Barbara- high match
UConn- low match/ high safety</p>

<p>Oregon and Hawaii are my safeties!</p>
